Changes in fat cells have potential to increase inflammation and insulin resistance. Objective: This study aims determine effects high glucose, egg yolk consumption, calorie restriction, air pollution on body weight, cell size, tissue weight rats. Methods: The type experimental conducted for six weeks. Thirty white male rats were divided into five groups: sugar-treated group, yolk-treated restricted intake-treated pollutant-treated control group. size adipose obtained from abdominal supraclavicular samples.Results: High exposure, restriction affected by increases mass (p < 0.05). a negative effect index. Nevertheless, dietary intervention studies shown decreases after restriction-induced loss. Conclusion: sugar intake, exposure pollution.
